How it works

Four steps, then it's yours.

Every engagement follows the same path, whether we are untangling a month-end report, building a bid library, writing a cleaning specification or setting out how your team should use AI. It is deliberately short, deliberately visible, and it ends with your team running things, not ours.

01

Understand

1 to 2 weeks

What happens

We sit with you and the people doing the work. We map how work really flows, where the time actually goes, and what data you already hold, including the spreadsheets nobody talks about.

What you get

A one-page map of the process, the time it takes, and a short list of where the effort is being wasted.

02

Connect

2 to 4 weeks

What happens

We join up the information you already have, read-only and safely. Definitions are agreed with you, so a "job" or a "customer" means the same thing everywhere.

What you get

One set of figures everyone trusts, written down, with the working visible so any number can be checked.

03

Show

Ongoing

What happens

We present it the way each audience needs it: a briefing for the director, a report for the client, a scorecard for the site team, evidence for a tender.

What you get

Views that arrive on time, on their own, and say something useful rather than just displaying data.

04

Hand over and train

2 to 3 sessions

What happens

Your team learns to run, change and extend it themselves. We do this alongside them, not in a classroom, and we write down what we did as we go.

What you get

Written guides, a named owner inside your business, and no dependency on us for the next small change.

Start small

One process. One measure. Six to eight weeks.

We do not arrive with a transformation programme. We pick one process that is costing you time, agree what success looks like in numbers you care about, and measure it again at six to eight weeks.

If the pilot does not produce the result we both expected, you have lost a few weeks and learned something useful. You are not tied into anything.

What a pilot looks like

  • One process chosen by you, not by us.
  • A baseline measured before anything changes.
  • A target agreed in plain terms, such as hours saved per month or reports produced without a chase.
  • A review at six to eight weeks, with the original measure repeated.
  • Everything built during the pilot stays yours.
