Safe by design
Trust is a technical decision, not a promise.
Most owners are rightly wary of anything that touches their data. This page is the plain-English version of how we keep it safe, and what we will never do with it.
UK GDPR minded from day one
Before anything is connected, we work out what personal data is involved, whether it needs to be, and how it will be looked after. Data minimisation is not an afterthought here; it is the first question.
Your data stays yours
It is never sold, shared or used to train AI models. Where an AI step is used, it works on the minimum needed, and you can see what went in and what came out.
Read-only connections
We read from your systems. We do not write back, change records, or hold your data to ransom. If we need to write anything, it is built in your own tools and owned by you.
Figures are calculated, never made up
Every number traces back to your source data, with the working visible. Nobody has to take a figure on trust, and you can check one at any time.
A human signs off
Nothing is sent, filed or actioned automatically. A named person in your business reviews it first. Automation handles the repetitive preparation; the judgement stays with people.
Only the right people see it
Access is limited to the people who need to see something, at the level they need. A site team sees their own numbers, not the group margin.
Kept in the UK or EU where possible
We choose options that keep data onshore, and we tell you plainly when a tool cannot do that rather than quietly accepting it.
An honest note
We are not your lawyers or your data protection officer, and we will never tell you a business is "fully compliant". We recommend taking your own advice on contracts and data protection. What we do is make sure the technical side is done carefully, documented, and easy for your advisers to check.
